I hope everyone is looking forward to our exciting outing on January 24 at the Georgia Aquarium, in Atlanta! Here are the details: All scouts aged 6 and older are invited to enjoy an overnight stay and a behind-the-scenes tour of the aquarium. The cost is $127 per person, and if you wish to park your car overnight at the aquarium, there is an additional $17 fee. This is a fantastic opportunity to use the dollars your scout has earned during the popcorn sale! Please complete your registration by December 22.
After the aquarium closes its doors for the night and everyone has gone home, we invite you to join us for an exhilarating night of exploration! Families will have the opportunity to sleep in front of one of the magnificent exhibits in galleries such as Ocean Voyager, Tropical Diver Gallery, Cold Water Quest Gallery, and Sharks! Predators of the Deep Gallery. Please note that aquarium cannot guarantee specific sleeping locations as assignments are made after check-in based on group makeup, size, and needs. Additionally, some galleries may be unavailable due to other activities or animal care.
Your sleepover adventure includes: Georgia Aquarium admission with a 6:30 pm entry time, engaging activities, behind-the-scenes tours, evening snacks, a hot breakfast, a sleeping mat, all-day admission after your sleepover, next-day entry into the Sea Lion Presentation at Truist Pier 225, and next-day entry into the Dolphins Presentation at the Dolphin Coast Theater. Please note that these presentations take place after your scheduled sleepover adventure.
