Hello Pack 108,
For all those attending the upcoming campout, please see the pdf attached below. It will answer all questions regarding what to pack, the schedule for the weekend, and a site map.
Apachee Cuboree
Where: Belk Scout Camp
Address: 9408 Belt Road, Midland, NC 28107
Friday 10/9/26 Check-in Time: 5pm-8pm
Campsite Location: Cub World 1. (Please see the site map included in the pdf for more detailed information.)
Campsite Information: Pack 108 will be sharing Cub World 1 with Pack 167F from Mecklenburg Council. We will have 32 total people attending, and Pack 167F will have 44. We will take 1/2 of the camp site and will pack in as tightly as we can to ensure that everyone has adequate space.
Activities begin Saturday 10/10/26 at 8:30 am.
Pack 108 will be in station rotation Group 4. We will begin our day at the archery range, then rotate through the climbing tower, a rest period, fishing, rockets, and end with the BB gun range.
Sunday 10/11/26 Check-out time: 10:40 am.
Lunch on Saturday: The provided lunch on Saturday will consist of Chick-Fil-A Sandwiches, chips, fruit, and small desert. A vegetarian option is available and will consist of a salad. IF ANYONE IN YOUR FAMILY HAS A FOOD ALLERGY AND CANNOT CONSUME ANY OF THESE ITEMS YOU WILL NEED TO BRING YOUR OWN LUNCH OPTION!!!!!!!
We will need 4 adult volunteers who will head to the dining hall at 10:30 am to transport our lunches to our station 3 location. We will coordinate the lunch runners on Friday night.
